All About Me!

Hi, there! Let me introduce myself. My name is Ariel. I'm 14 years old now. But, I will turn 15 next month. I live in Bandung. I study at Public Senior Highschool 3 Bandung. My hobby is playing games and listening to music. My favourite color is Black.  I love it because it looks cool on me, I think.

Being in senior highschool is entirely different from being in junior highschool. Things that made it really different from being in junior highschool are the lessons, the homeworks, the society, the events, and the environment. From my latest experience, the hardest thing that is really keeping me busy and unorganized is the homework.

It is very hard to adaptate normally with the homework for the first time. Why? Because today won't be a day, if there's no homework. Got it? After the homework issue, the other thing that is really hard to follow is the lesson. We use the credit semester system in this school, so we can finish our study quicker. But, if you're taking too many of them at once and failed to pass the chapter test, you'll end up taking the remedial test. If you didn't pass the remedial test, you have to take the short semester class and not having a holiday while others have. It would be the best thing to carefully decide if you're going to take lots of credit semester or less.

In the end, I'm very happy to be a student of this school even if the homework and the lessons are rough. There won't be a challenge if it's too easy. We, students are trained to survive in this situation, so we could do better things in the future.

Dewa Athena : The Most Celebrated Sport Event at SMAN 3 Bandung

source : Dewa Athena's official account Dewa Athena is a name for a sport competition in 3 Senior Highschool Bandung that held every year by its students. This event contains lots of sport games such as Badminton, Football, Basketball, Race, etc. It is held from 25th of March to 8th of April. The unique thing from Dewa Athena is that each class has to buy jerseys which they will use it during the competition. Each class represents different color for their jersey. Our class chooses dark blue as our class' jersey color. Here is a picture of mine. source : My phone During the event, I didn't get a chance to join any competitions. But, there are some competitions that we actually did well through the first and second day. Our Gobak Sodor and Race teams are managed to get through the semifinals. Learning from Nature

Nature's main function in our world is to maintain the balance in this world by supplying and standing up for each of nature's component such as giving oxygen that is made by plant for human to breathe, etc. Nowadays, that main goal couldn't be maximizely achieved yet because many humans doesn't really care about nature and only enjoys the benefits that they get from nature by exploiting it's richness for themselves. The effort that is done by the environmental activists aren't enough yet to sustain our nature in a balance status. Other than that, the number of humans that do positive things are less than those ones who actually harm it.
